• Open Google Chrome on your computer.

• Once the extension is installed, open Google Docs, Slides or Sheets on your computer.
• Click on the three-lined or ‘Hamburger’ icon in the top left of the screen
• Click on ‘Settings’

• Make sure you are connected to the internet.

• Click on the three dots of the file you wish to be made available in offline mode.
• Toggle ‘Available Offline’ to ON.
