Kolhan university – Examination form fillup Part – 1 Session(2016 – 2019)

This is to notify for information of all concerned that the date of filling up of examination form & fee of under mentioned courses will be as follows

Notes: –

(i) No Individual form &fee will be accepted in the university office from the candidate.
(ii) Photocopy of admit card & mark sheet of last exam should be enclosed with each Examination form. The principal/Prof. in charge of the college concerned has to submit an undertaking of fulfillment of percentage criteria against the exam forms being submitted of their students.

Instructions for Colleges :

The College Administration may collect the computerized exam form the examination Deptt. K.U. on 18/05/2017 afternoon.
02 Check list will be submitted by the college along with soft copy (C.D). The format is given below.
